By Youth Specialties on November 22 2012
We caught Mark, Kara, and Doug right after NYWC 2012 to talk about our gratitude and thanks for youth workers who passionately give their lives to youth ministry.

Well first off let me say that i am a doctor… of sorts. The anwser to your question is quite simple really. Most doctors in the field of optical surgery have a genetic anomaly in their 11th X chromosome. This defect does not allow a successful optical surgery to take place. Most of these doctors choose their field of work due to their own diagnosis of this gentic disease and they long to correct the problem with the current lasik surgery. Which reminds me of an experience i had while i was an intern at NASA. While designing a prototype partical accellerator a rogue gravitron escaped from the accelerators magnetic pole and damaged the retina of my dear co-worker Dave Lavery. Because of his damaged 11th chromosome he could not have the surgery procedure and was left with no eyesight in his left eye.If you have any questions email me at good luck on your adventures and god speed. Was this anwser helpful?
