Pathway Apprenticeship
Pathway is a ministry of the NCN student ministries department. It is based out of the District Resource Center of the Assemblies of God in Sacramento.
The objective of Pathway is to launch students who have a call into youth ministry and have interned, trained, gone to a Masters Commission, and/or a college or university and are now ready to take that step into full time youth ministry.
As an Apprentice you will focus on:
Education: Pathway has an exclusive agreement with Bethany University and Assemblies of God Theological Seminary to offer the Pathway Apprentice fully accredited courses through online learning at up to a 60% discount. In addition to the discount, the apprentice can qualify for financial aid. With this exclusive discount, the Apprentice will have an opportunity to earn a Bachelors Degree and/or a Masters Degree.
Mentorship: Pathway will provide mentorship and ministry training in the following areas: Character development, conflict management, time management, budgeting, preaching and communication, outreach planning, staff relationships, and leadership development.
Ministry: Pathway will teach practical ministry and will place the Apprentice in a local church where he or she will serve on a church staff. The Pathway experience will be two-fold: practical learning coupled with practical experience. The Apprentice will be empowered to plant and lead a ministry into the area to which they are called.
