| Job Description |
York Alliance Church is seeking a 30-hours weekly Children’s and Youth Director to lead and develop strong leadership teams in both areas of ministry within the context of a cell church. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, the ability to develop and cast vision, the desire to lead and nurture adult leaders, and the detail-orientation to manage both ministries with existing administrative support. Applicants must be willing to work as a team player in a multi-staff environment with grace and enthusiasm. Education and experience in the field are preferred but not required.
