Director/Pastor of High School Ministries
This role leads to the fulfillment of the vision and mission of Student Ministries by representing VSM (Vineyard Student Ministries) to the entire church through the effective leadership and direction of the High School Ministry area.
The Vineyard Student Union is the student ministry of Vineyard Cincinnati and reaches 550+ students during weekend celebrations. With the addition of a 28,000 square foot facility dedicated to student ministry in 2008 and a 10,000 square foot skatepark in 2010 Vineyard Cincinnati has proven it values students and children. The SU's high school ministry has multiple staff and equips 100+ volunteers to run three high school worship celebrations each weekend. Small groups operate in homes and during a bi-weekly Sunday night program. Applicants must be able to lead in a team environment, have high relational intelligence, be willing to facilitate ministry to multiple sites and have experience in a large church setting.
