| Job Description |
We are looking for someone who is called to youth ministry in the local church. If you would like to get your foot in the door to be considered for a possible full time permanent hire at our church or another, consider an intern staff position to gain staff experience for a year and then decide if this is for you.
An intern staff position provides you with the training and opportunity to see if our church and this beach area at the Gulf Coast is for you. Whether you go or stay we guarantee you it will be fun, rewarding and a great ministry experience for you either way. Connecting and laughing is a priority to us so if you believe ministry is fun consider the consequences of having a position with these priorities.
We made the decision to require internships for 6-12 months prior to hiring of anyone permanently. Often people have a desire for ministry but are not certain which is their best spot on the team. Is it Children? Youth? Small Groups? Worship? Admin? You will see the most fruit in your ministry when you are in the best position for YOU.
