Job Description	Assistant Pastor of Youth and Worship We are seeking an Assistant Pastor with unique God-gifting and ability. First Congregational Church of Cheyenne, WY (nondenominational)is seeking an individual that will lead and grow our youth ministry, as well as, oversee our music ministry. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Junior and Senior High youth ministry. Including but not limited to planning, scheduling, teaching, contacting and the spiritual development of the volunteer staff. They will also be asked to oversee the music/worship areas of the church. Included in this area of responsibility will be leading congregational worship, leading choirs, as well as charting the pathway to lead the church from a traditional worship style to a worship style that will be conducive to growth in our community. We fully realize that the candidate we are seeking must have God given unique abilities, and God does provide for our needs. The Candidate needs to desire to be a partner in the ministry of the church and must have a passion to plant seeds and grow ministry as God directs as well as desire to be around to see the harvest.
