For Volunteers

As a volunteer, you might sometimes think that you don't count. But you do! You are a vital part of youth ministry, and your presence on the team is desperately needed. Don't ever think that your calling or purpose is "less" than anyone else's. Know in your heart that you are needed, valued, and amazingly loved. Know that what you give to students is uniquely yours, and that they are different for having you in their lives.
