Domestic Shipping

• Street address is required to ship UPS. (Note: If you use an APO or FPO post office box we will ship your order by Priority Mail using the UPS shipping chart. Be aware, no tracking is available for packages sent by Priority Mail.)

• If an item is out-of-stock at the time your order is received, but is due to arrive in our warehouse within 90 days, we will immediately ship it when it becomes available. You will not be charged for the delayed item until it is shipped.

• Currently "Overnight" and "2nd Day" options are not available for Canadian orders.
• Shipping includes customs and border entry charges. The receiver may be asked to pay taxes prior to release of the package by Canadian postal authorities.
• If an item is out-of-stock at the time your order is received, but is due to arrive in our warehouse within 90 days, we will immediately ship it when it becomes available. You will not be charged for the delayed item until it is shipped.

• All international orders must be paid in advance. The billing option is not available for countries outside of North America.
• The shipping charge will be blank on your order because we will calculate the exact amount of shipping (by UPS Worldwide Express) and send you an e-mail with the new total amount of your order.
• Shipping charges do not include charges for international customs, duties, taxes, or fees. The receiver may be asked to pay customs, duties, taxes, or fees prior to release of the package by international postal authorities.
• We cannot ship international orders to a post office box. Please provide a street address.
