PLEASE READ FIRST!

1. Please be sure to select the correct image to upload when you get to step two. Once an image has been uploaded to our site, you cannot remove it.
2. When selecting an image to upload, try to send one in the best quality available. We do allow GIFs to be uploaded, but most photos look better as JPGs. Ministry logos will be deleted, and those entries will be removed.
3. The info you submit is the info we will use, so watch out for typos! Please read and re-read your info before submitting.
4. Your youth groups photo and info will be posted in a totally random fashion, so please do not contact us about when it will be up. You will receive an email the first day your groups photo and info is live on our site.
5. The submission of your photo implies permission for Youth Specialties (and personnel or agencies authorized by them) to reproduce your image or likeness in publicity or promotion of Youth Specialties events or products. Thank You!
